I'm sick of hearing how "effective" the GOP GOTV machine is
of course it's fucking "effective". Especially when they have schemed and connived and have thrown THOUSANDS of Democrat voters off the rolls.

I think, like Karl Rove's "genius" that is just another myth parroted by the "liberal media".

1. BUT, I have it on excellent authority that in my small red county here
in NM on the TX border the absentee ballots returned are running 3 Dems to 1 Repuke

and this county went for Chimpie by almost 60% in '04

the Dems are working hard here :bounce:

2. Not to mention switching, creating, and eliminating votes, all to favor
one candidate who usually is represented with an R.

Magical voters, who appear on election day, vote Repub, and then disappear into the ether. Must be those Republican GOTV elves and their magic pixie dust.

7. rove' brain is sewer
Rove is just someone who has a dirty tricks mind. He is one of the most common characters this country has ever seen. He reminds you of a school yard bully that grew up and did they same thing. Someone who never fitted in so he had to destroy people to make himself feel good.

8. Yup.
Their 'suppress the vote' tactics are the real secret to their success. In NH we're still litigating the phone jamming operation they used to sabotage the Democratic GOTV effort in 2002. Because of that we're stuck with John Sunumb-numb for 2 more years. Blackwell in Ohio, past and present...Harris when she had the chance...I'm sure this is all just the visible tip of the iceberg.
