What an uplifting story. For those who aren't familiar with Project Runway, Malan was a contestant and in the early shows the shaky cam had him pegged for a snooty, cold talent. But when he was eliminated early, Malan's tough veneer melted away and we got to see a vulnerable person who just needed encouragement to come into his own. He got that encouragement from millions of fans, and to see the change in his personality is better than a jolt of java.

It's a visual and hearing pleasure. The man's accent and enunciation is spell-binding. When he says the names of the fabrics he used in his latest project, the names spill from his mouth like cream. Keep in mind, in my wardrobe, khaki is upscaling but he presented his designs in such a charming way that it kept my interest throughout.
He has a very contagious smile and is genuinely thankful for the kindness that has been directed to him. I tell you, if I were a young gay man, I'd be looking up his number, but since that's out of the realm of reality, I'll just say, I'd be proud to be his mother.
