DHS: No 'credible threat' against polling places
(Hysteria News) State Department spokesperson Ima Wingnut held a press conference to dispel rumors that Muslim terrorists would attack random polling places next month. When asked for details on the alleged plot, she said "We really don't know anything at the moment. But I want to stress, there is no credibility whatsoever to the rumor that African-American Muslims have been preparing to attack voting areas with sniper rifles." She then went on to add, "There is absolutely no truth that these alleged attacks will primarily occur in predominantly Democrat districts."

When it was pointed out that nobody had heard any rumors floating around, Ima Wingnut grew visibly agitated. "I hope you're not insinuating that this administration is deliberately planting these rumors. These are serious threats that we are taking very seriously, even though we have no credible evidence! These people want to KILL us, don't you understand?"
