1. Yeah right... he milled around and did nothing...
Igor wouldn't want to upset the powers that be... heaven forbid someone pull out his dirty laundry and his sick involvement with BoysTown. There are allegations of him arranging sexual liasons between BoysTown children with many in Washington. It was all swept quietly under the rug. Even the special that was to air on Discovery was pulled at the last minute.

3. Well, he probably threw a tantrum and banged his fists...
and ran around the room banging on the furnishings...generally looking like an elderly chimpanzee. Some people are easily confused by these displaced behavioral displays of FEAR and mistakenly call them aggression.
