2. Condi would say 1 of 3 things or combination thereof:
1. No one "Imagined" a NK nuclear test
2. Clinton didn't leave a plan
3. I don't recall any meeting where we were told of NK's nuclear ambitions

3. Condi's predicted statement: 2pm 10/9/06
David Gregory: "Ms Rice - how will the North Korean nuclear test effect US relations with South Korea?"

Condi Rice: "in, uh, answer to your, uh, question concerning the unverified report that, uh, Korea, meaning North Korea, that they might have conducted a nucular,uh, noocleeR, test, I'm still waiting for a report from James Baker to find out if Kim Jong Ill has the capacity to actually make a nuclear weapon, it is in the key of A-flat, er, I really doubt whether the test, if such a test were undertaken, would have any effect on my Beethoven repertoire, I mean, our ability to remain 1st in the arms race, oh dear, I didnt mean to say 'race.' I'll get back with you on this David."

yeah, this is exactly how Condi spins, winds up and rewinds, revising history as she goes... gobbledygook is all she's got. In the end you have no idea what she said, except it wasn't very relevant to current events. The Extraneous Expert, with a lot of expertise but nothing to contribute. Adds style without substance. Rubber stamps The Decider in this game.

4. As to your number 2
They've been in power 6 years and their only response to every international fiasco is "It's Clintons fault."

5. Jeez, who knew N Korea wanted nukes?
boy, for someone who screams like a banshee about being able to 'listen in' on communications, he sure has a lot of 'no one could have predicted' problems.

'no one could have predicted'...is starting to sound a lot like 'the dog ate my homework.

fool me once, can't get fooled again

6. Busholini says your country is one of five Axis of Evil.
He invades one of those countries, Iraq, threatens to invade another, Iran.

You ask for a Non-Agression Pact but are ignored.

You get Nukes.

11. They can't anticipate sh*t
No one in this admin. can imagine anything. Their big think tanks like PNAC still eat this up and would love to start nuking the other countries on their hit list. Repercussions be damned. :silly:
