And this is the story - Tom Dooley was an accomplice to the murder of a beautiful woman, but not the actual murderer. Yet Dooley was the one that was hung for the crime. I'm not implying that Foley wasn't guilty, but he is taking the fall for the GOP in general, as well he should.
