I am seriously pondering whether pedophilia is rampant in the Republican Party. Not just because of Foley, but because of other bits of info I have read in the last few years. What say you all?

First of all, there is no reason that I am aware to suppose that pedophilia is any more common or uncommon among Republicans than among any other demographic.

So, if you think that pedophilia is "rampant" in American society in general, then the aswer would be yes and no otherwise.

People attracted to 'holier than thou' conservativism have a problem with their own and others sexuality, so they suppress it. 23. Could Pedophilia Be Rampant in the GOP?

If you're ignoring the post by 3waygeek concerning the White House call boy scandal you might be missing something profoundly disturbing concerning the GOP. Although the official investigations into the matter were squashed almost from the get-go there is the curious case of Mr. Paul Bonacci VS Larry King. The Larry King I speak of is not the talk show host by the same name but a former Republican fundraiser (ain't it funny how it's always the fundraisers?) who was convicted for embezzlement, conspiracy and making false financial record entries in connection with the Savings And Loan scandal that went down in 1989. According to Mr. Bonacci, Mr. King was involved in much more than embezzlement for the G.O.P.

In fact Mr. Bonacci successfully sued Larry King in Nebraska U.S. District Court for kidnapping him as a child and forcing him into prostitution! According to the plaintiff Mr. King was actually the overseer of a huge child porn and prostitution ring that allegedly catered to Belt Line clientele. Mr. Bonacci's lawyer on this case was former Nebraska Senator, Mr. John Decamp, who went on to publish a book that not only detailed the trial but also went into some very gruesome details concerning this poor young man's treatment at the hands of not only Larry King and his associates, but also Congressmen, Senators and lobbyists.

According to Bonacci he was often "on the menu" at after-hours sex parties thrown by Mr. King for the enjoyment of his wealthy and powerful employers. There is even an allegation that Daddy Bush was among the enthusiastic participants and even took part in a call-boy auction where he purchased the services of a young black boy for the night.

Among the witnesses called to testify on behalf of Bonacci was a photographer named Russell Nelson, who testified that he had been employed by King to surreptiously photograph all the sordid goings on for blackmail purposes. Cute, eh? Russell has been in and out of Federal prisons ever since the Savings and Loan scandal went down. Anyway, apparently Bonacci is able to draw a detailed map of the private areas of the White House, areas that the general public are not privy to. I suspect that talent might have gone a long way in convincing the judge that he was speaking the truth. Curiously, no criminal investigation has ever been launched into these allegations, even though Bonacci and DeCamp have sought to initiate them.

Add to that the recent revelations concerning Washington male escort turned Republican website reporter and pundit; Jeff Gannon/James Guckert, and his unprecidented access to the White House, especially during the evening hours, and I would say that you've got some really good reasons to suspect that many of the men that are currently at the helm of our ship of state enjoy sexual pleasures that are not only repugnant to most of us but also illegal in many cases.
