Couldn't believe these two repuke blowhards on hardball

One of them (Kingston) kept saying that IF the republican leadership had any inkling about
the Foley scandal that they would have "moved him to the side", that his (Foley's) was a
safe seat... and on and on. In other words, never mind the sexual predator and the victims...
never mind a criminal investigation, all the repukes cared about was not losing foley's seat!!!

Then the other repuke (R-sickos) said "Well, Hastert did the right thing and the only questions
left now was WHAT DID THE DEMOCRATS KNOW AND WHEN DID THEY KNOW IT"

Holy crap, talk about Orwellian spin doctors.. I think these guy spend waaay too much time with
the Freeper base.

1. The Dems are responsible for keeping the GOP in line? Hard to do
when they are so secretive.

3. "repukes cared about was not losing foley's seat"
Which is exactly why they did nothing. See, circular logic.

4. dems
I am so tired of hearing all of them say that, that is what ALL of them say
like they are robots who have been programmed to say it.

Why would the Democrats 'know' anything about this when first, the Republican leadership
was keeping this under wraps, and second, this is a Republican Congressman, and it is
his scandal, not the Democrats.

Where do these nifnods come up with this crap???

7. Excuse me?!
And if the Dems had tried, Asshole Number Two, you would have shot them down so fast, their heads would spin. The party of personal responsibility  is sure running away from it now that they are actually responsible for hiding the fact that one of their own was hitting on teenage boys. And maybe they're indirectly responsible for his hitting on the teenagers. Maybe if the Reptiles (and I apologize for insulting actual reptiles) didn't have such a gay-bashing plank, Mr. Foley could have been a little less secretive about the fact that he's gay.

8. It was beyond belief
when Tweety asked, "Do you know Pelosi knew about it?" and the Repug answered, "The point is I don't know that she DIDN'T know about it!" (paraphrasing) It's insidious they keep bleating about bringing her in and putting her under oath. Surely they have to have a REASON to do that?? Some bona fide suspicion grounded in some real evidence that she might have known something? I can't believe they're trying to blame Dems for this! The contortions in logic are astounding. That smug a-hole!
