I would be arrested. Granted in Kennedy's case, the police didn't take the proper steps when someone crashes their car so you can't blame Kennedy for that.

I think in McKinney's case, the Capitol police should've known who she was, new hair cut and all but if anyone else hit a cop they would be arrested and that's just the plain truth of it.
