he should NOT be around any children....schools.playgrounds.......and his neighbors should be alerted and if anyone else has been harassed by him they should report it...........maybe if their are others ....they were too afraid of this "high and mighty" government offical..........
It happens you know........they may have been paid off to keep quiet or threatened........and some kids will believe anything.....like "I'll hurt your parents if you tell"
