Cripes! Fascism in the air everywhere
http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2006/09/29/AR2006092901592.html

Its all the rage nowadays I am told! Also just learnt a fun fact via wiki just today-John Howard gutted Habeas Corpus in Australia about this time last year-http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Habeas_corpus.

Human rights-thats soooo last century!

From the article:

DUBNA, Russia -- On March 23, police and emergency medical personnel stormed Marina Trutko's home, breaking down her apartment door and quickly subduing her with an injection of haloperidol, a powerful tranquilizer. One policeman put her 78-year-old mother, Valentina, in a storage closet while Trutko, 42, was carried out to a waiting ambulance. It took her to the nearby Psychiatric Hospital No. 14.

The former nuclear scientist, a vocal activist and public defender for several years in this city 70 miles north of Moscow, spent the next six weeks undergoing a daily regimen of injections and drugs to treat what was diagnosed as a "paranoid personality disorder."

"She is also very rude," psychiatrists noted in her case file.
Trutko is new evidence that Soviet-style forced psychiatry has reemerged in Russia as a weapon to intimidate or discredit citizens who tangle with the authorities, according to human rights activists and some mental health professionals. Despite major reforms in the early 1990s, some officials are again employing this form of repression.

"Abuse has begun to creep back in, and we're seeing more cases," said Lyubov Vinogradova, executive director of the Independent Psychiatric Association of Russia, an advocacy group. "It's not on a mass scale like in Soviet times, but it's worrying."

2. K&R - Coming soon to a country near you!
"She was also very rude..."

Hell, wouldn't you be "rude" if someone broke down your door, sedated you, threw your mother in a closet and carted you off to nearest psych ward?

I am sure a lot of people will think, "Well, that's in Russia, it can't happen here." but frankly, after our recent crossover to totalitarian fascism, I really think this kind of thing going to start happening in the not too distant future right here at home.

3. This has happened here for decades-not to the degree of totalitarian
states, but a corrupt politicized infrastructure is there as well as a horrorific history of "research and experimentation".

Here's a link to UN recognized nonlethal weapons expert and human rights activist Cheryl Welsh's website, it's a good place to start as she has documented and worked with many sources worldwide.

7. Good grief! What does Kucinich know?!?
From your mind control link - did you read this? What's going on in this country? What does Dennis Kucinich know that he felt a need to protect us from outer space?

http://www.mindjustice.org/1-02-3.htm

from the FAS Project on Government Secrecy
Volume 2002, Issue No. 4
January 10, 2002

BILL WOULD BAN SPACE-BASED MIND CONTROL WEAPONS

Rep. Dennis Kucinich (D-OH) introduced a bill in the House of Representatives late last year that would ban weapons in space. But while there have been many similar legislative initiatives in the past, Rep. Kucinich's bill is distinguished by its unusually expansive definition of "weapons."

Among the weapons that it would proscribe the new measure includes "psychotronic" devices that are "directed at individual persons or targeted populations for the purpose of ... mood management, or mind control."

No explanation for this peculiar proposal was immediately available. But the text of "The Space Preservation Act of 2001" (H.R. 2977), introduced on October 2, may be found here:

10. A lot of people know a lot of things that are being spoken openly
about despite the heavy hand of intimidation, discrediting, threats, secrecy contracts, etc.
It is a crime to conceal crimes behind security classifications.
Fear doesn't work very well anymore. Neither does anger. The truth is emerging.

Human Network Attacks, I'm sure DK and others know quite a bit about this part of Information Warfare which relies on "non-traditional" techniques combined with a lot of space-based technology.

5. Just like it was last time;
Spain, Italy, Germany, Greece, even in the UK (to a lesser degree). All in the same time period.

Of course it's just coincidence. Everything is just coincidence. Including the fact that fascism is always supported by (many of) the big money interests.

They are stealthily doing a fine job of killing everything that document stood for...

Congress adopted this statute for a simple reason: to encourage attorneys to bring cases on behalf of those whose rights have been violated. Congress was concerned that such individuals often cannot afford an attorney and vindicating constitutional rights rarely generates enough in damages to pay a lawyer on a contingency fee basis.

Without this statute, there is no way to compensate attorneys who successfully sue for injunctions to stop unconstitutional government behavior. Congress rightly recognized that attorneys who bring such actions are serving society's interests by stopping the government from violating the Constitution. Indeed, the potential for such suits deters government wrong-doing and increases the likelihood that the Constitution will be followed.

Despite the effectiveness of this statute, conservatives in the House of Representatives have now passed an insidious bill to try and limit enforcement of the Establishment Clause of the First Amendment, by denying attorneys fees to lawyers who successfully challenge government actions as violating this key constitutional provision.

12. A question for your consideration, from another site.
Are the current developing forms of corporate/state control and authority in the US leading towards a society comparable to 1930s fascism? If so are we beyond the point where there is a way back, or is through the only way out?
