Zawahiri is a Republican

Given that he seems willing to show up near election times and say just the things that the president would want him to say... I think the natural conclusion is that Zawahiri is a REPUBLICAN.

Every time Al Qaeda does something intended to influence our elections, they do things that help the chances of the GOP. And certain "useful idiots" fall for it every time.

The invasion of Iraq was the greatest gift we could have given the jihadist movement. Guys like Zawahiri have a much easier time recruiting their "martyrs."

Now, they see the potential for more confrontation in the form of a war with Iran. It could give them the great showdown they crave and which they think God will help them win.

Democratic control of Congress could slow down the march toward the great holy war al Qaeda stupidly wants. That's why they are willing to give the GOP propaganda points before every election.

In short, Al Qaeda WANTS WWIII. Thus, they also want Republicans in control of the U.S. government.
