Can we forgive ABC for their past sins?
I think "path to 9-11" was a ratings bomb and backfired when President Clinton came out with guns blazing to FAUX. But this Foley thing was excellent reporting done largely by ABC News.

Im gonna give them the benefit of the doubt. What does DU think?

1. The mockudrama wasn't a ratings bomb.
And, I'm not prepared to forgive the use of public airwaves to politicize 9/11 and to tamper with our election.

3. And they are showing a UCC documentary on worldwide water quality
and justice issues about who owns the water, who gets to sell it, and who gets to pollute it, hosted by Lynne Redgrave, beginning October 22.

4. My feeling is that as with newspapers, everything
is not all controlled by one group. For example, in a newspaper you somtimes have an excellent reporting staff but a very bad editorial staff. Or vice versa. I have a feeling this may be partly what is going on.

The GOP NeoConmen have been putting pressure on the MSM for a decade. We have left them alone. Guess who won? It is time to return the favor.

who did the PT911.

Brian Ross is generally a good investigative reporter. He is the only Corp. Media that I remember investigating and covering all the Northern Marinaras Islands (sp?) crap.

Edit to add - Forgive ABC? No! Use useful information they provide? Hell yes!

16. It's all a set=up!
1. This was about to come out anyway.

2. ABC told the GOP they owed them a bunch.

3. Many GOP members knew of the story already..Hasert, Rove, etc.

4. The GOP leaked this information to ABC to help them be "fair and balance" again.

5. The Democrats are duped again.

18. 'Path to 911' has already been forgotten by most...........
NOW that the rethugs are in meltdown and in the self-destruct mode; combined with Bill Clinton reminding and showing Democrats how to obtain a spine and fight back against the vast RW conspiracy; NONE of this would have been made possible without the HELP of ABC and its affiliates. WE should be thanking ABC for igniting the spark in Dems to fight back!!! LET'S KICK SOME MORE HYPOCRITE NEOCON ASS!!!!!!!!

21. No and also don't forget Disney's/ABC censorship of F911
Said they were not going to distribute it because it was too political at the time of the election.

ABC also allows Pat Robertson to use the ABC family channel.

Oh wait you are totally right, I need to watch John Stossel spread more lies.
