Remember it. Repeat it. Choke Them With It.
Edited on Fri Sep-29-06 10:23 AM by FLDem5
Request for all Left-Leaning bloggers – Get Rid of it All

Take it all off the front page – all but this. Its time to shove it down their throats; all day, every day.

$300,000,000,000 and counting

THREE HUNDRED BILLION.

Expected to reach over a TRILLION.

TWO BILLION of Joe and Jane American’s cash EVERY WEEK.

Over TWO HUNDERD MILLION ever DAY.

Over ELEVEN MILLION dollars per HOUR.

ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND dollars per MINUTE.

For the war against a third world country that did not attack us. Suitcases full of the cash taken out of your check every week, shipped off to a country with no WMD’s. No vials of death. A country that was no threat to us.

Shipping containers full of your dollars – to destroy and rebuild a foreign nation. Cash given to Leaders to toss around for no-bid contracts, to companies that don’t even have to pay their employees wages that even non-union people wouldn’t stand for (overtime. is soooo 1990’s).

Look again:

That is TWICE the cost of the same operation in 2003, and 20% more than in 2005. Yet things get worse, not better.

Take another look:

Every day, we authorize a fear-mongering putz to take $200,000,000 of OUR money to place our soldiers in harm’s way. It is not to improve our military. It is to improve his swagger. This administration does NOT support our great Army, Navy, Air Force and Marines. He has gutted our armed forces, enjoys slashing soldiers benefits, and gives the
stone cold response “we see things differently” to war widows hoping to spare other spouses their unfathomable pain.

Over $100,000 a minute. $11,000,000 an hour, $200,000.000 a day, $2,000,000,000 a week.

WHERE COULD THAT MONEY GO? What must go, so they we may “stay the course”? According to this administration,
this is all expendable. If he had gotten his way, our Failure-In-Chief would have saved $15 billion. – Enough to pay for a paltry EIGHT WEEKS in Iraq.

Over $100,000 a minute. $11,000,000 an hour, $200,000.000 a day, $2,000,000,000 a week.

REMEMBER IT. REPEAT IT. CHOKE THEM WITH IT.

Thank you.

1. thank you for this. question--underneath the graphs, where it
starts out "every day we authorize" shouldn't that be $200,000,000, not 2,000,0000? this is going, with your permission, to all my other boards.

9. To compare that to a large Power Ball winning, say $100 million...
Edited on Fri Sep-29-06 11:01 PM by file83
...okay?

$100,000,000 x 3000 = $300,000,000,000

So you would have to watch people win a $100 MILLION Power Ball lottery over 3000 times!!!!

Another way to call $300 BILLION is to call it: THREE HUNDRED THOUSAND MILLION DOLLARS

That's ONE MILLION DOLLARS times THREE HUNDRED THOUSAND

It's an insane amount of money.
