Sam Seder
Sam said this morning that his ratings on the new show are 50% higher than Springer's were. Good for him. I'm not surprised. Sam's good and I enjoy the show, as I did Majority Report.

I don't even want to know what the 8-10 PM ratings are now. PLEASE, XM, put on tape of Thom Hartmann's syndicated show of that day. He is so good I don't care if he is on live or tape.

1. our stinking AM outlet in Chicago is still carrying Springer!
not that it matters, because now I can't EVER listen to Seder. they didn't play him in the evening, either, choosing Randi reruns over Majority Report. Randi RRs followed fat Ed.

great job AAR/WCPT!

WTF are you THINKING?

5. Let's set some stuff straight
First of all there is no way that Seder knows what his ratings are yet. He just started in the 9A-Noon eastern slot. I like Sam but he shouldn't say things like that. Not true.

Regarding WCPT, they may still have a contract to run Springer. Once that ends they may dump Springer. He has lost most of his affilates so he may be gone anyway.

WCPT made decisions to air what they want. It is not AAR's fault they choose to run what they have in those time slots. AAR would much rather have them air Seder then Springer. Same with Randi.

8. He was referring to the number of people streaming the show
not the Arbitron ratings.

10. Ahhh
That makes more sense. He really won't have any Arbitron numbers until the fall survey comes out in January. My guess is he will do better then Springer.

9. That's totally NOT true. I wrote CPT about a month ago. They replied
that they were deciding between Stephanie Miller, Sam Seder and jerry springer. I wrote them back and said "please anyone but springer." They decided on springer.

6. samsedershow.com
The page says Majority Report, but the site itself is about his new show.

4. Thankfully I can listen to
Sam on the AAR stream on my computer at work. I really didn't care for Springer and hardly ever tuned in.

7. I love Jerry Springer
as a person, but his show can be a little low key for me. I absolutely love Sam the most. He is an incredibly talented comedian. I am pleasantly surprised by the Young Turks, and Thom is wonderful too. Mike Malloy was great to listen to in the evening, always delivering red meat. I respect the guys on Ring of Fire the most for what they are doing about the stolen election.
