1. The towel is something the manager throws in. It's the...
...commitment of our representative pugilists that I am dubious of, today.

4. Yes! This vet swore an oath to protect America from all enemies
be they foreign or domestic! They can come for me in the night or daytime I really don't care.

Come to my house looking to take me away for waterboarding and leave in a bodybag. Or I will, but there will be NO torture.

With my very last breath, I spit at thee. And there are millions like us, so they better THINK before they implement anything stupid.

Just a warning.

5. So You're Willing To Die For This Country?
Seriously, if it comes down to a life or death decision, or say the risk of spending the rest of your life locked away in some prison, you're not going to leave, no matter what?

I'm just wondering, because it always fascinates me the willingness of some people to risk death fighting a consistently losing battle against a regime that doesn't give a shit about them.

Just like I can't understand someone Wanting to go to Iraq and risk death, when they know and believe that this whole fiasco was a sham and LIE.

8. I agreed to die for this country when I joined the Army.
And I would do so today, without hesitation. OCD, somethings in life are larger than ourselves and somethings in life are worth dying for. The Constitution is one of them, IMO.

They need to stand trial for crimes against humanity and a violation of the oath they took. As long as we stand together, I believe we will eventually prevail.

11. I was lucky enough to see Cong. John Lewis last year
Edited on Thu Sep-28-06 09:01 PM by TayTay
at a March and speech in Roxbury, Massachusetts. He recounted the famous Selma March to the bridge in March, 1965. Mr. Lewis was beaten so badly back then that he nearly died. He was in intensive care in a Boston Hospital for a time after that recovering from the wounds he suffered defending his civil rights.

I often look to people like that for inspiration. They took a beating, but they got up, recovered and marched again. If Mr. Lewis can do it under those conditions, I can do it from the relative ease of my position.

Never, ever give up, never, ever surrender.
