What is Osama doing still out and about?

Why did we hear Osama's voice on the radios at one point, and then we somehow ended up in Iraq chasing Saddam?

Where are the constant media barrages about Afghanistan?

Where are the mission accomplished banners for the day we were supposed to get Osama?

I say that until Bush forms sub-branch of the military with the explicit purpose of hunting down Osama and his friends, then we MUST take from the military. Yes we can do that. We can support Counter-Recruitment at a rate never done before, unite the various Counter-Recruitment groups, and support them 24/7 unless Bush forms this branch of the military and gives us the truth on why we left Osama to get those mythical WMD.
