I believe the US 'detainment' centers are still a go.

I guess I'll be seeing you all in the lock-up's 'intelligence gathering' chambers.

3. Not exactly - look at Katrina? - these people are INCOMPETENT!
Edited on Thu Sep-28-06 07:49 AM by ShortnFiery
Thank God that they don't have the true organizational smarts and insight to pull off detention camps. Unlike the NAZIs and Good German Soldiers, Our American Individuality is still there and will be key to kicking these bums out of power.

It's true: Our saving grace is Dear Leader's Reverse Midas Touch. Whatever task he turns his attention to, it gets all F**ked up under his supervsion - without FAIL! He's not ever been successful as a business leader and left to their own devices, The Executive Branch, under The Chimperor, will implode before "The Master Plan" is realized.

One true difference between Dear Leader and Hitler is that Hitler truly had "a plan" and about 15-20 more IQ points on his side. Bush may not be absolutely incompetent but, without exception he's ruined every task undertaken - he's sure not to disappoint with RULING this country as an absolute dictator.

God Bless The Independent American Spirit :patriot:

... and the Reverse Midas Touch of Lord Pissypants. :P

6. i wouldn't call new orleans "incompetence'
i would call it "calculation." the city was comprised of a 70% black population. do you think any right thinking reactionary would pass up a deal like that? the wholesale removal of so many blacks from an american city?

that was an opportunity for certain types.

8. It was Calculated Incompetence.

These evil leaders are not "quality leaders" ... they don't lead effectively, therefore, there's discontent within the ranks of both the civilian and military government elements.

As sharp as Rove is, he can't supervise the leadership.

It's just a matter of time, but they will NOT be successful - and Thank God The Neo-Conservatives selected a dry-drunk sociopath for that, more than anything else, Dear Leader's bad temperment and increasingly boorish behavior will be The Executive Branch's undoing. ;)

10. when have thieves ever needed a great leader?
the good thing about criminals, thieves, and scoundrels is that they flip on each other with impunity because they have no morality.

if this country if ever corrects it national steering wheel, look for lots of them turning on each other.

12. When you have incompetence, you eventually have a correction
Sure they're thieves and will not ever fully pay for their sins. However, they will fail. We will have a large task ahead of us but I have HOPE that fascism will not STICK. That's because, as you know, there's NO LOYALTY among thieves. :hi:

government. Trust me on this, the Neo-Conservatives, by their very nature are piss poor leaders. They are the 2LTs who often were disliked or even fragged during Vietnam. The politically insider who leads only has his personal ego and Dear Leader's agenda. The people serving under him/her, even if they drink the RW koolaid, resent their lack of skill.

No, these arrogant political operatives are not only over their heads, they couldn't lead their way out of a wet paper bag. Whether you're an administrative manager or that within finance, if you can't motivate people, you will fail.

The Neo-Conservatives are far too arrogant to take the time to effectively manage/lead subordinates.

It may take a year or so, but both The Executive Branch as well as The Republican Party will implode. Remember, it's easy to get people to sign on to behaving in a selfish manner IF the Economy is good. Now that The Average American's quality of life is tanking, fewer people will sign on to wedge issues because they will be struggling to make a living ... they won't have time to HATE. ;)

4. As bad as all that shit is...
I'm really wondering if the main reason behind this bill and it's structuring from the ground up isn't all about the fact that it tries to impart immunity for past actions.

I mean if you were torturing yesterday, why bother with a bill today?
