All those thousands upon thousands of people who fought and died for America, did they all fight, and march, and die in vain?

Some we know, Kephra, Andy, One Eighty, Nostamj, Alarcojon, some whose names we'll never know, the fallen, the fighters, the marchers, the ones who cared and died standing up against the maniacs, we owe them, we must fight on, or they died for naught.

This shit is getting totally out of hand, and I remember all those who fought for America, and I'm almost glad they didn't live to see this day.

I may not get there with you, I'm old and tired, but remember me, as I remember you, carry on for me, as I would for you, we are not alone, we are not invisible, we are not fighting and marching and dying in vain, carry on, viva la resistance, we are a nation, but we are powerless without each other.

Did all those people who fought and marched and died for America die in vain?

Fuck no.

1. I'm 58 and spent last night in tears for my lost America. I do not foresee
the light of democracy shining again in this land until long after I am gone. I truly believe that it will be 50 to 100 years before the common people around the world rebel and throw off the chains of the corporate fascists.

2. The tighter they squeeze
the more will slip between their fingers.

Looks like it's about time for a shit storm to be stirred into critical mass.

3. It probably will be that long
and it will get a lot worse before it gets better. I will go to my grave knowing I fought the good fight even if it was just with words and marching and the way I lived.

4. That MLK soundbite is the one thing that sends chills through me every
time I hear it. Boy, did he know he wasn't going to make it.
