Musharraf and Karzai.

We all know that Bushie likes to give nicknames to everyone he knows so what are your guesses for his guest tonight.

Mine:

Musharraf: "Mush mouth", because he cannot understand a word he says.

Karzai: "Cape man", because he wears the traditional dress.

3. Well...
he can call Karzai by his unofficial nickname in this region "The Mayor of Kabul"

Mushareef can be "Democracy Killer."
