this whole hostage-taking tragedy could have been avoided
Edited on Wed Sep-27-06 05:20 PM by leftofthedial
if only all the students and all the teachers were armed with fully automatic, tactical nuclear weapons.

:sarcasm:

I hope the wounded girl is okay. I'm a parent of kids in Jefferson County Schools (Columbine is a Jeffco school and Platte Canyon High School is just down the highway about 45 minutes). Why does this keep happening here? Personally, I think the schools are terrific and most of the teachers and administrators are excellent. Every time this happens I spend the day imagining how horrific it would be if it was my kids' school.

1. Hey, Bushie would be all for that.
Except for the gay students of course. And we ALL know there are no gay teachers. Ahem.

5. I was trying to infer that the christian right ASSUMES
there are no gay teachers. Therefore it would only be necessary to leave the gay students defenseless.
