Question: How does it work when your elected officials
pass laws that are in direct conflict with the constitution? Is an unconstitutional law legal? Who could challenge it since the victims of this crime have no real recourse? The United States, international beligerent, and torturer.

1. That's why the "control" over SCOTUS is so important
congress makes laws, and SCOTUS decides if they comply with the constitution.
