My letter to my worthless Senators regarding 'torture'...

Dear Senator XXXXX,

'No Torture', period. Not in my name will the USA conduct any type of torture. If members of the CIA, military, or Administration have ordered and/or conducted torture of anyone being detained by the USA, they should be prosecuted under US law and the Geneva Conventions.

'No' to making these crimes 'non criminal' by legislating immunity. 'No' to the President deciding how to read the Geneva Conventions. 'No' to denying evidence to defense attorneys. 'No' to holding people without charges nor the right of habeas corpus. 'No' to 'rendition'.

I will assume that anyone, Republican or Democrat, that supports the current 'compromise' legislation to be against the interests of the United States and work to see them out of office.

1. I phoned Obama's office this am...

when the man asked me for my zip code I gave it to him and then told him that my "zip" shouldn't matter. I was calling on behalf of ALL AUTHENTIC AMERICANS. Just because I live in California doesn't mean Obama shouldn't hear from me.
