What If OBL Had Said He Wanted To Gut Haebeus Corpus In The USA?

What if OBL had stated that his goal in his war on the USA was to initiate torture as an everyday occurance
in our judicial system?

What if OBL had stated that he wanted Congressmen to be subject to arrest and imprisonment for no reason?

I guess he didn't have to say it. bush and the Rs are saying it for him.
