I have heard so many righties use the finger thing as "proof" that Clinton was lying. He wagged his finger, just as he did when he said he didn't have sex with Monica. They're idiots, pure and simple.

By comparison, I suppose, any picture of Bush wherein his mouth is open is proof positive that he is lying.
