Bush Administration - Backward Dictatorship?
Instead of surrounding himself with loyal commandos and secret police that are seen all too often in Third World Dictatorships, the Bush Administration is doing it the other way around.

Bread and circuses

Instead of Bread and Circuses, it's Tax Cuts and cries of Moral Values.

We've gone back in time and Nero is our President.
