If you accept the GOP premise that Clinton dropped the ball, then he owns one month of the problem.

But that also means the Chimperor, the Unitary Simeon, owns 60 months of it. That's how long after the Cole we didn't get Bin Laden.

The fact that Clinton was completely unable to do anything because of the Lewinsky scandal is the GOP's fault. They didn't have to go there. That's why the premise holds no water: Either way, it was the GOP fault, for disembowling Clinton to the point where he couldn't do much of anything except wait it all out.
