RE:Private Property Rights Implementation Act----This screws ALL of us.
The vote on HR 4772 was postponed last night. It will be voted on today.
Keep the pressure on, and...

TELL CONGRESS TODAY TO VOTE "NO" ON HR 4772

In an eleventh hour move, H.R. 4772, the "Private Property Rights Implementation Act of 2005," has been scheduled for a vote today. H.R. 4772 is a harmful piece of legislation that will dramatically increase the cost of environmental and public health efforts. Despite the spin, H.R. 4772 does not address the eminent domain issues raised by Kelo.

We need your help to defeat this bill!

Activate your members! Encourage your members to call their representatives
to let them know that they oppose this legislation.
Congressional Switchboard: (202) 224-3121
