owner served us. I asked if they could turn the channel to another station, they turned it to MSNBC and we all watched olberman... then the owner knocked 5 bucks off of our bill!!! I think we all need to start standing our ground. people are ready for change

16. Interesting. My fave Vietnamese restaurant .....
here in Minneapolis has a bad Fox habit...and a really big TV. That's why I do take out there.

2. That's a good start. However, I won't patronize restaurants with TV's
I can go an hour or so without all that stuff (good or Fox) playing in the background.

11. I did this the other day at a large chain that I'm embarrased to
name. Ok, it was on a "Friday". They changed the channel right away. It felt good.

Our bank always has the TV on Faux. The VA is the same way.

17. Go to FIREHOUSE SUBS. They always have Faux on.
Most of the ones in Florida do, anyway. They're always having someone drooling over Bush's latest song-and-dance whenever I eat there. Good sandwiches, but the TV is bad for the digestion.

19. I've been to a few government offices that have Fox News on
In the public reception rooms. I'm sure this is due to a rather disturbing Bush crony mandat from all the cretins he's put in high paying positions with little experience...

21. As I recently posted, my doctor's office had Faux on. One DU'er
said she asks her doctor's staff to turn it off because Faux makes her nauseous! I wrote a letter to mine -- probably have to wait twice as long from now on!
