Dem. Senator Laughs At "Fair & Balanced"
Sen. Barbara Boxer (D-Ca.) criticized Fox News Channel at the end of an interview with Jane Skinner during Fox News Live this afternoon.

"I hear that you agree with the president. I am not surprised," Boxer said. "We are just trying to bring both sides," Skinner responded. Then Boxer invoked "fair and balanced;" watch the video to the right.

Later in the day, on The Big Story, John Gibson introed a segment with former DNC chair Terry McAuliffe by saying: "I've got a $20 bet here with the floor director that you are going to be on the Democratic talking points and start this by attacking Fox News reporters." "I love Fox News, fair and balanced. I can't get on it enough," McAuliffe responded...

4. That's my senator!
She's on the right side of all the issues and she speaks her mind! I love having her for my senator, but if she ran for higher office, I'd vote for her in a heartbeat.

9. I love how Jane has to regurgitate the president's talking point
at the end of the interview--not content to let Boxer have the last word, Skinner wobbles to her feet for the final SMACKDOWN

13. It Was Classic Corporate Media Faux
Absolutely perfect. She HAD to stick that "talking point" in there, to defend King george. She couldn't even just say something like, "we appreciate you being here to explain your opinion on this story." Instead she came back with...."well, the King disagrees with you." In other words, "HOW DARE YOU DISAGREE WITH OUR KING & LEADER."

God, sometimes I cannot reconcile the fact there are SO SO MANY BRAINWASHED MORONS in this country. How can we possibly survive another generation, and do we deserve to, with Fucking Sell Outs like the Hairdo Blondie on Faux.

12. Normally I Am Anti Faux
But if the Dems can actually go on and ridicule these so-called anchors, aka SPINMEISTERS, it's not such a bad idea.

The media is the problem. Perhaps it's up to someone like Olbermann to explain that, although I think anybody who watches Countdown, knows the truth.

Props to my Senator, Ms. Boxer, she has been one fine stand-up Senator.

17. It's fun to watch people lie. You know, when you know they're lying,
when you know *they* know they're lying....

That they can actually get the words out of their mouths, despite the lack of truth...I guess you have to chalk it up to needing the paycheck.

It sure seems like the very definition of whoredom, though.

20. Damn Right Every Democrat Who Goes On That Cesspool Mocks It
Since Day One, Democrats have been used as cannon fodder on that network...building up its ratings primarily cause people enjoyed seeing the food fights and the "us vs. them/good vs. evil" game that Faux plays. Democrats attempted to rationalize with these goons who would take that attempt to clarify as a sign of "weakness". Add to that the ambush "interviews" where words are taken out of context, microphones are turned off and "final words" are imposed...it's time Democrats have some fun with this place and call them on their bullshit.

One side benefit of this is how the other cable networks...CNN and MSNBC appear to love the trashing Faux is taking. The Clinton video was portrayed in a far fairer way on both networks than I had expected and from it people now are agreeing this regime not only fell asleep prior to 9/11, but is inept and has no credibility.
