(Assuming he actually is dead), can Ken Lay's estate be sued for damages?
Just wondering if his victims (former Enron employees, etc.) can sue Ken Lay's estate.

1. I'm sure some will try, but in the end it will be only attorneys who
get any money. The poor people at Enron will continue to be screwed

2. First, I know he's not dead. He's relaxing on an island somewhere.
Secondly, the last I heard (and I've been trying to follow this because I have the same suspicions and concerns that I believe you do) this was a question that the court was going to have to determine and hadn't done so yet.

I'm not going to hold my breath that they will decide in favor of the victims. I mean, Kenny is going to need a lot of that to pay for his "retirement" on that secluded isle.
