How funny is the Sign above their head in this picture

So tonight i went to a young democrats meeting. As a result of this; i decided to check out the SIU democrats website and then alternately the republican one.

While looking at the republican website i noticed this picture from their trip to St Louis during the 2004 debates (according to the site).


How funny is the sign above their heads??

There's a traffic sign over their heads that says "No Tolerance" on it. That's probably some part of a larger message on that sign, but I can't think what it would be.

I mean look at all the shades of pink in that crowd. Plenty of tolerance there.

There's a fat guy right next to a skinny guy. There's a skinhead with a beard right next to a clean-shaven guy with head hair. There's one woman, one girl, and one little boy. How much more diversity could you want?
