4. It's bad form to shout "SHUT UP" at a former POTUS.
I don't think Fox respects the office. They praise their guy and speak disrespectfully against anyone who doesn't agree with him. It's so personal with Fox.

5. Ignore! They should claim Fox exceeds the maximun
campaign donation a corporation can contribute to a candidate because Fox is a 24/7 campaign ad for Bush and his minions.
Imagine how much Bush would have had to pay for that kind of air time on any other station.

...Bill Clinton will go on Fox News to promote it (he wasn't promoting a book in the Chris Wallace interview, he was promoting raising money to address global warming and other issues.)
