Pay Per View, K.O. VS Orally and all proceeds go to charity. I think it would be a killer Pay Per View.

2. Make it MMA and I would be in.
Boxing is ok, but to maximize the fun and excitement make it mixed martial arts! As an aside; New York, SANCTION IT!

3. They'd have to stop the fight after about three seconds for humane reasons
before Bill got all the crap beat out of him...literally.

4. MMA as of Pride Fighting Championship?
I am for that... no gloves on. I don't like watching MMA but would think KO will KO the muthafucka.

5. This is how the fight would go
The contestants would be introduced.

The bell would ring signaling the start of the first round.

Keith would come out of his corner and say; "Here, kitty, kitty, kitty".

Billo would leave the ring.............fast.

Keith would be declared the winner.

6. Sure, but only if...
by Bill O'Reilly, you mean Carlos Baldomir, and by Keith Olbermann, you mean Floyd Mayweather.
