Who do you think leaked the NIE ? (National Intelligence Estimate)
And do you think anybody is pissed off about it? Even Negroponte, the Czar of Intelligence, knew about the information but it was kept secret from the American people, even as Bush and his gang went about telling everyone about the "progress" being made in Iraq. Bush already had his speeches prepared to give this week and now he's going to have to make some changes to them. And he doesn't like it one little bit, either. You can bet on it.
