Extremely frustrating. Playing into Rove's hand?
Edited on Sun Sep-24-06 02:04 PM by GreenTea
All we do is talk Iraq war & terrorism...What else does this fascist controlled one party republican system have to show for the past six years but death, fear & corporate profits?

And now they want us to pretend we have free and fair elections, do you really believe this shit?

Every major election issue is related to war and “terror”…Torture, Iran, NSA, etc…All important issues….are they really, or a diversion? We are keeping the republicans in the game. The "genius" Rove again has turned it around on us...Isn’t this is exactly where Rove wants the dialog to be around election time…When was the last time you heard a republican talk about something really important to the people like, say, health care?

No talk about the sad disgraceful state of our economy, purposely bankrupting every government agency that has oversight of the predator corporations, the fact that Social Security will now have to be left to the same republicans who bankrupted our economy and stole our treasury and the same republicans have always despised Social Security & all of the New Deal…They can’t wait. They stolen everything! The corporations now actually control the fate of our environment, our food, water & drugs are poisoned from lack of funds & to regulate and have real oversight Derugulation, is the corporate cry, no one to watch what they are doing...I know there's a million more things you can add?

As we play into the ONLY fucking thing the republicans have going FEAR & TERROR...so they have an excuse why their Diebold machines won lopsided victories and continue to maintain power and destroy what’s left of our democracy by these TRUE fascist….all the time saying...Yep, the machines had noting to do with it...the whole election was about who Americans feel safer with and Americans "chose" the republicans.

It's our own fault, we are letting the republicans, as usual, dictate the issues and the fucking non-issues of this election…the republican owned corporate media just goes along for the ride pukes out the Rove crap, and keeps us tuned in…

and we really expect to to back the house by debating Iraq & terror?

Iran is just a carrot to keep it going...if they needed it...It's there to play...

Just keep the dialog on war & FEAR!

1. dial it back a few weeks and
all the world was talking about was what fuck-ups
the Republicans are (economy, Iraq, corruption, Plamegaete, etc...),

Rove has certainly played his Terrah card... and we've all fallen for it... AGAIN.

Geeeshh.... C'mon. We can fight this BS !!

2. I think if the Rethugs take it, it'll be because the machines have
been hacked.

Just because the Rove Media Machine is talking Terrah, doesn't mean anyone is really listening. I liken it to being forced to attend a corporate company meeting. The windbags say the same stuff every year, but no one really listens to that same old crap. They know the outsourcing and layoffs may come no matter what the windbags say that year. It's saner to tune them out.

3. I hope you are correct - I just know over 80% of Americans

get their only information from the tube...and that is being hacked easily by the republicans (corporations) who own and control that too.

They literally own the television media (along with most other forms of media).

This didn't happen overnight...As we were bitching about Union workers making too much money for "doing nothing: (divide & conquer) - The republican fascist' "think tanks" for the past 30 plus years were rolling right along putting this all into place.

6. Yeah, but Americans have had time to experience the endless
war and its affect on their family and friends, the layoffs from offshoring, the stupid color alerts, the whatever-happened-to-the-anthrax scares, the whatever-happened-to-the-bird-flu scares, the global-warming-is-real scare, the oil gouging, the wiretapping, the global hatred. In other words, they've lived the Bush dream and have learned it's a nightmare.

4. Corps also control the prisons in which we will be housed when
all implodes, should they pull off another (third) theft of elections.

5. They hated Clinton more than they loved America. Anything Clinton did
they wouldn't do...so naturally they couldn't go after bin Laden.

Just like they wouldn't negotiate with North Korea, Arafat, or Iran.

Now look where we are. What have they done to america?

Someone they saw as taking a small bit from their profit margin-

They hate that more than life itself, with all their greedy sick passion-

Imagine having to give peasant workers and women & minorities even a tiny slice of the pie...We can't have any of that, because the educated fucks will want more-We know that, just look at us!
