? Can anyone pin down the Peter King Boast ?
Where he's drinking out of a red plastic cup on some lawn, proclaiming that "It's all over but the counting, and we're taking care of that"

Dave Mejias's campaign (D, NY 3rd) has the clip and is looking for the definitive time and event.

The footage itself was part of Alexandra Pelosi's documentary on the 2004 race

7. This blog claims it was the White House lawn just before the '04 election.

I have no idea if he knows what he's talking about, maybe you could try to contact him and ask for a cite.

On Edit: This page makes a similar claim. http://www.ecotalk.org/VotingSecurity.htm

On another Edit: Lots of pages claim that it was just before the 2004 presidential election, but they could all just be echoing each other.
