Has he become the clearinghouse for any unpleasant fallout from Bushco's actions? What kind of golden-parachute deal did they give this guy to be the after-the-fact punching bag?

2. Armitage is the proxy for Powell, who they dare not touch without

a lot of political damage resulting, or any other high name dissenting political appointee. That he would be a fall guy for so much begs the question of what they know about him that is damaging.
