Now I remember why I stopped watching The Today Show.

Even with KKKatie's new, more Liberal replacement, The Today Show is still a joke and a front for the right-wing.

Today they said that Hugo Chavez and "America's Enemies" used The United Nations as a forum to bash Bush.

These are not "America's Enemies."

These are America's Allies.

This is tough-love.

This is an intervention.

This is the world, telling America, that we need to get that Bush-Monkey off our back.

Now, excuse me while I block The Today Show using my cable box's Parental Controls.

1. Even if China and India complained louder, nothing would happen.
These other countries need to complain by stop accepting anything that comes from America. And that includes jobs. Right now they want it both ways... What's the old maxim, about biting a hand that feeds? Or is it "America - love it or leave it"? I think it applies to them either way...

2. Why do you subject yourself to that drivel?
I don't watch any TV news, it's just toxic, esp. two months before national elections.

Save our sanity, turn off corporate media!!

3. Neither do I. No TV for more than 20 years
except for three Oscar broadcasts, and I haven't missed a thing.

6. There's a great morning news program I saw in Florida:"The Daily Buzz"
It was on The UPN Network in Florida, but it looks like it's syndicated all over the place.

I wish we got that show in my area. The closest station that carries it is in Springfield.

And I'm pissed that MS-NBC stopped re-broadcasting Countdown at 9 AM.

I'm also pissed that XM Radio stopped carrying MS-NBC, because now I can't hear Countdown in my car.

5. It's so condescending, the way they editorialize for their audience
"Tell them what they should think" seems to be the mantra.
