Democrats must ratchet up the conviction in their tone, or they will lose.
I sent an email with a link of the Reid-Durbin exchange because it looked like DUers were really excited about it. I sent it to a Liberal who is not into the blogs, and this is what he said:

"Yup. But they're only a pimple to Herr Rove."

It's time to show the outrage.

2. You're preaching to the choir here BC
I am in Calif and quickly becoming despondant with the weak Dems here. The Pukes are all over the airways the Dems are behaving like church mice, with a few exceptions, Pelosi and Boxer.

5. We need to think back. How did Gingrich do it in 93?
What was going on back then that they capitalized on to churn up the outrage? I know he came up with a Contract, so the first thing they did was have a clear plan, but that plan hit hot buttons.

4. Interesting response to this nonsense. And just what does he
she suggest as an expression of our outrage?

6. Don't know.
I just know he's an amazing liberal. He works in a predominately conservative industry and seems to keep his spirits high, even though he has to live under the radar.

7. Any expression of outrage is a helluva lot better than bawling
to each other about it. As the earlier poster said, we are all just preaching to the crowd and until we get off our asses and take our outrage to the streets (October 5), the world (and PNAC) will leave us by the wayside, if not in prison for our dissidence with no expectation of habeas corpus and the very real possibility of being tortured for the fun of it, just as were those detainees at Abu Ghraib.
