2. Watch for the media to quickly lose interest in approval ratings again.
They only seem to be interested in Bush's approval rating when he gets a bump. The rest of the time, it's not to be talked about.

6. these Senate indications from the same report also interesting:
"Rhode Island, Ohio and Montana each shifted from Toss-Up to "Leans Democrat" this week on our Senate Balance of Power summary. Our summary now shows 49 seats in the Republican column, 48 for the Democrats, and three Toss-Up races. (see State-by-State Summary)."

8. What I couldn't figure out is when I heard David Brooks of the NY Times
on Minnesota Public Radio this afternoon rebroadcasting a talk he did last week and he said that Bush was at 45% and that the Republicans and Democrats were even according to a Gallop poll. I have never seen those numbers lately and I wonder where he got them?

10. Still, Rove's goal is to manipulate to have Bush over 50% by

election time.

Impossible you say? Well, I agree, its not possible. However, the republicans do need to do it. - A manipulation lull by Rasmussen to seem legit for future polls? They do need an excuse to say see...Fear, I mean voters safety concerns won the election, people trust the republicans with the war on terror...(not to mention they have to keep it close in order to steal).

As Kerry said, it's hard to get the Dem's message across when Bush is making speeches every day and the cable channels cover it live, like there's no other news...Rove's strategy is to keep Dem's off the MSM, with Bush speeches everyday, get only Bush bullshit messages covered, and it makes Bush seem like a statesman? A contrived reason for why his poll numbers will magically go up in six weeks, so there's no questions asked...As they have been planning on stealing this election from day one.

But Chavez put a crimp in all of that, even if only for a day or two.

And instead of the Dem's cashing in and trying to get their message across, Pelosi and the Dem's only kiss ass!

Pathetic?
