3. Water-boarding, fingernail pulling, "the rack", "the iron maiden", etc.
How about firecrackers up the ass?
That is what I expect from ChimpCo.

6. Doesn't a bill still have to pass Congress first
or has the Imperial President disbanded Congress?

7. That's the way its supposed to work.
But under fascism, I'm not so sure. One thing for sure is I WILL NOT LIVE IN A FASCIST OUTLAW COUNTRY.

8. "I WILL NOT LIVE IN A FASCIST OUTLAW COUNTRY"
Neither will I, and I realize your statement could mean two different things.

America will NOT legalize torture, period. I'm ready for whatever it takes to stop it. Please don't leave, we need you to stay and fight with us.

9. It matters not if you "legalize" it
perhaps only insofar as you ADMIT it. TORTURE IS AMERICAN DOMESTIC POLICE POLICY AND FOREIGN POLICY. That's what the American PTB DO and have been doing for quite some time.

11. Yeps. It's been policy. And this is the get out of jail free ploy
and to further erode the rights of Americans because Bush wants ALL Americans subject to his "program"

12. I shouldn't have used those words. We haven't followed
our constitution and checks and balances for for a few years now and the country is already an outlaw nation the rest of the world hasn't figured out what to do with yet. So I'M LIVING IN ONE is more accurate. The only question is whether to wait it out hoping it will work out or leave. Fighting politically has been impossible in real terms so far.

10. I expect them
To get drunk, sit around doing nothing about terrorism until it's to late, then blame Clinton. Thank god we preserved this.
