The previous Pope (John Paul II) was said to think Bush the AntiChrist
so on the subject of Devils:

People close to the Pope claim that amid these concerns, the Pontiff wishes he was younger and in better health to confront the possibility that Bush may represent the person prophesized in Revelations. John Paul II has always believed the world was on the precipice of the final confrontation between Good and Evil as foretold in the New Testament. Before he became Pope, Karol Cardinal Wojtyla said, "We are now standing in the face of the greatest historical confrontation humanity has gone through. I do not think that wide circles of the American society or wide circles of the Christian community realize this fully. We are now facing the final confrontation between the Church and the anti-Church, of the Gospel versus the anti-Gospel." The Pope, who grew up facing the evils of Hitler and Stalin, knows evil when he sees it.

2. I keep hearing some statement, supposedly made by the former Pope
that we should fear his successor.

Interesting stuff for a momentary diversion from the grindstone...

7. Bush isn't smart enough to be the anti-Christ . . .
just as God would never select him to "save" the world, neither would the "Powers of Evil" ever select him to destroy it . . .
:sarcasm:

in Vatican City. I actually MISS JP II in comparison.

10. The Third Anti-Christ...
...according to Nostradamus, was named "MABUS."

Let's see...

OsaMA/BUSh

Could it be that the "anti-christ" isn't one person, but two people with the same values operating in polar opposition?

Hmmmmmmm...

22. Has Wayne Madsen been right about anything
that wasn't obvious?

He's a fraud--he makes Jason Leopold look like Edward R. Murrow.

14. Not sure he really said that, but he certainly didn't like Bush much.
He was very outspoken over the invasion of Iraq. I really think JP II was a good soul; a man of peace.

20. Can anyone post the picture
of *blivet's audience with JPII, legs splayed and the Pope holding his forhead in his hand? I had the luxury of just LOVING JPII. There was something very REAL and SINCERE about him that I found magnetic. He'd come out with his Pope stuff and I figured, WHADDY WANT? HE'S THE CATHOLIC POPE! No biggie, I'm not Catholic so his stuff didn't disturb my Wa. I'm delighted to play a Mass ANYTIME, ANYWHERE! (Stravinsky's is particularly cool).
