Today we can sow seeds of peace with every thought we think and
every word we speak. We can, in the words of British statesman,
William Gladstone, "look forward to the time when the Power of Love
will replace the Love of Power." If that day is to ever come, then
perhaps right now, today, is the perfect day to usher it in.
Perhaps today we need to understand that peace does not begin with
governments and organizations and certainly not with wars. Peace
begins with each and every one of us and the love that we send forth.
