Yes the chimpco stragy of lower the gas prices appears to have begun to work.

People do see the chimp in a better light if they don't have to pay as much for their gasoline and heating oil.

Alot of people appear stupid and the strategy appears to work.

and if they get burned AGAIN, they deserve it.

if republicans win, then the ruse worked and no need to continue it
if democrats win, they'll jump prices and blame the democrats.

either way, we're looking at 5.00 gas before christmas, I think.
