6600 civilians killed in Iraq

AT least 6599 civilians were killed across war-torn Iraq in the months of July and August, the United Nations said today.

In July, at least 3590 people were killed and in August 3009 died in bloody attacks on civilians, according to the UN human rights report.

"The month of July witnessed an increase in the number of security related incidents resulting in an unprecedented number of civilians killed throughout the country," the report said.

2. I placed a post where I thought it was immoral and horrible

for us to kill Iraqi civilians when they did nothing to threaten us, and that we had lost all moral authority by doing so.

I further stated I thought it was wrong we wouldn't risk our own innocents but gladly sacrificed Muslims for the cause.
