Caught in Lies again GAO report show VA's budget failures
New GAO report details VA's Budget Failures---VA budget planning was based on unrealistic assumptions,errors in estimation,and insufficiant data. CAUSING MASSIVE SHORTFALLS!!! And all the while VA Secretary Nicholson misleads Congress by testifying that the VA budget was adequated.

2. Right now its a $3 Billion Shortfall
But it could be much higher. Bush's budget cuts could make this shortfall about $6 Billion
