1. Impeachment
Right now, you do not want bush and cheney to be considered for impeachment. With the republican majority in the HOuse they would never be impeached. And then it would disappear.

At least he has to step down from the chairmanship at the end of this term. (But we still need to get him out of Congress completely!)

5. Involves "investigation" of the Ninth Circuit Court
The Ninth CC is the most liberal among them all. The freepers are having a field day with this over in freeperland, jumping all up and down with homicidal glee atop those "activist" judges. Idiots.
