What happened regarding Alice Fisher yesterday ?

Was she confirmed ? I hope not, they're just trying to get her in the Justice Department so they can squash all the investigations in the Abramhoff case.

I couldn't find anything with a google search. I know the Dems were lined up against her but the pukes forced a vote yesterday.
