Is it possible to Impeach a "Unitary Executive"?
A President yes of course but a "Unitary Executive" by definition is the sole power. :shrug:

1. No, once the checks and balances
of a constitutional government are no longer in place, he can't be impeached.

He can only be violently overthrown.

Stupid needs to think about that one. So do all his enablers.

2. There Is No Such Thing As A "Unitary Executive"
It is just a pharse made up to serve an illegal purpose. The Constitution speaks to the 'Executive", and makes no reference to Bush's version of the power's of that office.

that the unitary executive cannot be changed in midstream while he is protecting us during war by fighting them over there so we don't have to fight them over here.
